From small beginnings in 2014, we’ve grown to become an industry leader in facilities management and commercial cleaning solutions. Both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, our expert team has worked hard to be at the forefront of sanitisation technology and techniques so you, your staff, clients, and visitors can enter your space with confidence.

Olinga Services is a trusted partner of NSW Government and we’re proud to have achieved its endorsement and to have developed and implemented its COVID-19 response, which has redefined and advanced the industry standard.

We believe in transparency

We do the hard work to ensure our clients have complete trust in us to get the job done on time and to our high exacting standards, with minimal interruption to their business. Through the Olinga Services app, clients have direct access to reports detailing the tasks completed, providing clarity about the quality of the job and the hours worked. If challenges arise, we come forward and correct the issue before you even know it happened.

We always keep it local. We’re an Australian-owned, operated and funded business with a goal to invest in jobs and the communities in which they’re created, including regional and rural communities, with a long-term focus on supporting and employing Indigenous Australians.

We care about our planet

We believe that sustainability and innovation go hand in hand, which is why our environmental + hygiene cleans are our first step to ensure our work practices are reflecting our sustainability goals. We’ve developed our own cleaning products that are kinder to the environment, and we help our clients with sustainable assessments, finding ways to reduce their carbon footprint with waste diversion, recycling and access to the container deposit scheme without significant capital injections.

Our senior leadership team comprises members of the Mahabat family, who founded the business with the ambition to drive change for good in the industry. Across our team we have a combined 20+ years’ experience in the cleaning industry, gained in various economies and geographies across the UK, Australia, Brazil, Israel, South Africa and Asia.

Our combined skills, knowledge and expertise drive the business forward every day, ensuring we’re continually delivering the quality for which we're renowned. 

What makes us successful? We get to know our clients and partner with them to achieve their goals. We’re not too proud to stay in the boardroom – we’re out on the job, ensuring the work gets done, our innovative technology is being used to its capability, while providing full transparency at all times.
